Sorry, got no computer at home. Unless I get to the library, I won't be on-line until monday.

I may get so drunk, I have to crawl home. But dammit, I'll crawl like a Marine.

Hey Wayne,

Would this be my luck........

I just tried to get all the info again on the show and the website is down.

There was a thread, here in the Armor forums, with pictures of us. Can't say as to what I'll be wearing but, send me an email and I will reply tomorrow before I leave.

As for this project: I have just completed the camoflage scheme but alas, this one won't make it to the show. I really wanted to take this one and the Sherm but, had too many things going on at once around here.

Here is the link for the show:
http://www.loraincounty.net/halke/cms7/

Hopefully, it will be back up before tomorrow!

Eric
How long is the show? Should I be able to break away, would I recognize you by the rose in your teeth, or what?

This would be my first entry ever into a contest. I have thought about it before but, always thought my work wasn't good enough.

After gaining some new techniques, I think I'm ready. It's just that, I keep seeing things that are driving me crazy with this. I saw a little piece of hair after I primed it and immediately grabbed it off with the tweezers. I am looking at this thing under my magnifying light (that's when I saw the tiny hair under the gun barrel)

I have to check Eric. I have looked at the kit itself, but haven't taken anything off the sprues.

Dragon does make some nice kits, don't they? Makes me want to pull out the old SU-85M and start building some tracks!

The Sturm looks like it's coming along nicely. Hope to see it finished soon!

Coming along nicely! Add skis and it's ready for Sherm's 'now for something completely different' thread!

Kidding. It looks superb!

Moses,

In the kit that you have, are the side armor panels (that surround the gun) a bit warped? I had to let mine soak in some hot water then bend them straight, under cold water.

Looking good Eric.

Just remember, when it comes to indy track links: when the going gets tough, the tough put it aside for when they're in a better moodTongue [:P]

Hey Eric, I love this kit bud. I have one myself, and plan on using it with a kitbashed Tamiya chasis. I am on a kitbash kick now, and will be doing a Late Brummbar..kitbashed between Tamiya's Panzer IV J and Dragon's Brummbar.

Look forward to seeing this kit done Eric..

Cheers

Rob

Erock, Looks good allready !

Great choice of kits - not something you see everyday. Gotta love those Dragons - the indy links are a bear but they're worth it in the end

Well, here it is. It's Dragon's 1/35 15cm Sturm-Infanteriegeschutz 33.

Progress is pretty good up until this point. I had somewhat of a gap between the armor side and the hull. I primed the piece today to get a better look at the fine sanding, that needs to be done.

It will be receiving a 3 tone Camo job and is being built OOB.
