WOW! great job. I too noticed right away the great job on the figure. It just kind of jumps out at you!

Very nice!! Are those individual track links? Good job on the build, camouflage, and weathering. Oh, yeah, and the figure ain't half bad, either!

I love it! You really made the trax sag perfectly. Who needs Modelkasten or Friul? It looks great with the stock belt-o-trax!!
I like the overall coloration and dead flatness of the finish. Good job with all the scratches, too.
And as others have mention, a very nice figure.
Well done!

Very nice work Skii. I loved your kit from the first time I saw the pics posted. The weathering and camo really look great. I love the figgie, and nice work on the face.

Cheers

Skii,

I gotta echo what everyone else has said, great job man. I am doing a Tiger I
in the same colors. What color, or mixture of colors did you use over the initial
pattern to bind the whole thing together and soften the contrast?

Thanks fellas - always a real pleasure to get positive feedback, makes it all worthwhile !

Okieboy - I used humbrol enamel paints almost exclusively , sand yellow base, and green and red brown added in that order. Then I used very diluted oil paint and light pastels to get the rainmarks - then just a dusting of Buff colour along the hull sides.

J Hulk - The quality of vinyl tracks in this kit is astounding, I debated wether to gp for the aftermarket tracks, but after painting them up I changed my mind !

Trevor - Unfortunatley I have the nasty habit of never actually finishing a model, so I might add this to a diorama, or add some additional crew in the not to distant future, still undecided.
