It is one cool kit, if you like open topped vehicles. (Which I do!) There is an article in the Military Models in Review about 4 months ago (it's a bi-monthly) about building Dragon's early Nashorn (I got the late). They were pretty impressed by it, and of course, most of the parts are the same. The early comes with two turned brass shells as a bonus. (That's #2 on my model get list.) There are a few minor goofs in the instructions to be careful of, but other than that, it really builds up nicely. The gun is unbelievable! I'd really like to get it built before a bunch of am parts come out for it and I get caught up in doing all kinds of pe on it!! LOL Would be nice to do an oob build for a change!

Take care;

Bill

Lucky you Bill, only 200 or more tracks to do. LOL How does the kit look?

Thanks Chris and Ron. It was a fun day, and now I have a sparkling, new Nashorn to brighten up my dark moods. Hey, maybe that's why they call it the dark side!! lol

Thank you to you all!

Robert, I like the new sig. Cool! Someday, maybe I'll get smart enough to do something like that! And how could I have forgotten about the other thread? It's not even in this forum. (This forum?? Heck, I didn't know there was any forum besides the armor forum!! lol)

Dj, Thanks for the link. I would have never found it!!

Nothing to report on for birthday goodies, so far. My wife is at a training session all day. We are going to dinner about 4 and will get to it after that. Worst thing is, I miss almost a full day of being ablt to play with the new stuff! Good news is, it gives me that time to work on the Tiger!

Thanks again,

Bill

p.s. I'm 52, now. Cool [8D](Just so you can all make fun!) Wow! Over three times as old as Frosty will be tomorrow!)[:0]

Sorry guys and gals, I didn't see the post over in the other forum wishing Bill a happy birthday. Geez, you forum members are getting too smart for their own good. LOL

What comes around goes around-eh Bill? Your birthday I believe is tommorrow the 25th, but I wanted to wish you a happy one first, since you remembered mine. The October birthdays keep rolling along much like our armor. Cool [8D]
