Has anyone seen those kits from up close? Are they any good?

Hi, Monster Zero!
While I haven't built one myself, I have rummaged through the box and have seen a few built-ups, as well as talked to a fella who built one.
It looks nice in the box, looks great built up, and the fella who built one says it wasn't the easiest kit he ever built, but with a little patience it turns into a fine BT-7.
And if you want a 1/35 BT-7, what other choices are there?

Iv'e wished that Dragon or Tamiya would do one for years. I know Italeri has a BT-5, but haven't heard many good things about it. Thanks Brian, for the info.

I've got a BT-7 by Zvezda, I don't know if it's the same kit or not, but it looks to be okay. I've got an Eastern Express KV-85 that isn't up to snuff, but it's a great start point.

Good question about the Zvezda and Eastern Express kits...it's my understanding a lot of kits from area are tossed about under a variety of banners, so it's hard to know what's what or who's who.

But, as Spamicus has said, they're all good starting points!
