Anyone know where I can get/if they made a kit of a "Reliant Regal Supervan III"

I expected this to be someone looking for a Plymouth Reliant.  

I don't know about the 3 wheeler but Airfix did a Wallace & Gromet van in 1/24. It is a small British van that might work for you although I think it has 4 wheels so might need a little modification.

As far as an easy chair and the other fixings for Mr Bean's roof driving, you might try looking for G scale rail road supplies. G scale is 1/22.5 scale so works pretty well with 1/24 models. There is a lot of misc bits available out there for model railroaders.

I hate to bump, but its rather important to find this out.  Do anyone know if anyone even makes a kit of this car?

If they do not, does anyone know where I can get a 1/24 scale easy chair?
