After-market rims and tires?
Posted by Anonymous on Wednesday, November 19, 2003 11:50 PM
Does anybody know if there are any companies that carry aftermarket wheel sets. Preferably 1/25 scale. Any links, websites or company names would be appreciated. Thanks Sincerely, T.L.

Thanks Guys, thats what I was looking for. The Mas products looks like the way to go. I dont know what scale they are but it really shouldn't matter. Thanks again, T.L.

Hey......
Just checked these two links, and maybe I didn't look deep enough, but I don't see anything for classic street rods. MRC used to make Cragar and other classic mag wheels, but they don't anymore. Does anyone else? What about Moon wheel covers?
Thanks

Go to www.mechahawaii.com. Billet acc. rims, tires, aftermarket ground kits, wings, etc.... and www.detailmaster.com.

I've been seeing rims on Hot Rod and Popular Hot Rodding that I think are called Torque Thrust II rims. They're 18inch rims and they look great on the old musclecars. Has anyone produced those in scale yet?

1/24 & 1/25 are nearly the same scale the difference is so small that it hardly matters.

Fujimi I think make the widest range, check over at HLJ to see what is available, doubt that they will do much for US cars or special custom models though.
