Not that I know of, but I would expect your best bet would be one of the Japanese companies, Aoshima and Bandai do some Toyotas, so a Nissan could be hiding in their line up.

I've never seen one in an actual build-it-yourself kit, but I know Jada makes a 1:24 scale diecast one that you could probably customize if you know how.
