I uploaded the picture(jpg) to the rongeorge site and then in the post here added the address to the pic. Get more info in the Community Assistance forum.

I painted the exhaust with X-32 Titanium silver and X-31 Titanium Gold then sprayed thinned clear blue over the silver.

I'm working on another Repsol RC211V and the Moviestar RC211V, both with Studio 27 etched parts. I bought the book Moto GP and GP500 Racers from Japan to get more details, great pictures !

Well the photo was taken at a model show, and those Imprezas are someone else's models.But I bet they used Tamiya TS-50 Mica Blue. I think that is the color. Wink [;)]

My first RC211V turned out nice, straight out of the box. The next two, I added photo-etch from Studio 27. I am not using all the photo-etch parts. Some of the best parts are for the swing-arm and the rear brake. I want the M-1 also.

I guess u did a marvelous job on your 1st RCV. Do u think is it worth the money spend on thoose expensive aftermarket photo-etch for this bike? Give me sometime and I'll post some of the pics from my collection. I hope Tamiya will produce the Yamaha M-1 too in the near future. Wink [;)]

Hi Guys..
Im new in this forum. Surely the RC211V a real beauty on two wheels. Im from Malaysia and my country is one of the host for the MotoGP since 1992. I've been working as a volunteer PIT&GRID marshall since 1995 and I manage to take many photographs(close-up) of most of the GP machine. How can I share some of the latest pictures of the RCV with u guys? Ofcoz I need to borrow a scanner 1st ...what size should I scan the picture?

Thanks for the complements, I am working on two more now, another Repsol sponsored one and the Telefonica Moviestar one. Should be done in a couple of weeks, then I will do the Camel sponsored version. Big Smile [:D]

Love it. Got a couple of these in the stash myself. I'm trying to build up my 'skills' before I tackle them. Hopefully I'll be able to do as good a job as this.
