available scale Rudge Whitworth spoked wheels w/Dunlop tires?

Here's a tough question for the Forum, mainly because I really don't know what scale I'll need these in (the kit I'll use them on is buried in the garage).
Does anyone know who makes scale 1930's-era Rudge Whitworth spoked-wire wheels and 6 x 15 Dunlop tires (or "tyres," as the Brits say)?
The MPC kit is the classic 1930 Bentley "blower" with the Amherst-Villiers supercharger, and as I remember, the kit didn't have a scale size on the box or instructions. The scale driver that was included in the kit was about the size of the 1/48th-scale Monogram pilot figures, maybe a hair larger, and wore a three-piece suit.
I intend to eventually build this as James Bond's 1930 Bentley from the early Ian Fleming novels (with "Bond" himself as the driver), but the kit wheels are lousy-looking solid plastic discs, with raised lines for the spokes. Real spoked wheels on proper rubber tires would make the model decent.
Can anyone suggest any aftermarket manufacturers for these wheels and tires? Thanks in advance.
