RPM does a couple Fords in 1/35th. There might also be somekind of a British armored car from somebody too.

I don't know of any in 1/48.  I've seen some in 72 and in 35.  You might try some of the 1/43 manufacturers and see if any do cars and trucks from that time period.  I can't think of any off hand, but try www.rocketfin.com and look under the model car links.  Scroll through and look for any of the 1/43 makers.  Good luck.
