Where can one get decals for tires etc and also I'm looking for aluminum rims for a custom '70 Chevelle.

the tire should be glossy enough on its own to apply the decal onto it using pretty warm water then brush on a lot of microsol. and you can leave it at that point. or sometimes i will also  spray the tire with testors dullcoate lacquer.

Although its not a decal application method, one trick I've used in the past for tire lettering is to use the eraser on the back of a #2 pencil, dip it slightly in some white paint and dabb it onto the raised lettering.

Just use Microset and Microsol.The decals on these tires are over 9 years old with no issues at all.

I will soon be adding GoodYear decals to the rubber tires.

I am an airplane guy.  Do I need to Future them first?  If so, do I need to scuf them first?  Do I seal them afterwards with flat clear?

This is what they look like so far.  Am working on #24 right now.
