I recently completed a new project, the Tamiya Subaru Impreza 2004 WRC rally car.

Here are some of the areas I added in addition to the the standard kit
- Carbon rear wing
- Carbon front bumper (bottom)
- Carbon side mirrors (pained)
- Metal Antennas
- Metal mesh grills, radiators, latch pins, disk brakes, seat buckles
- Full seat harnesses
- Steering wheel cable
- Driver cooling vent
- Carbon dashboard and side brake
- Dashboard switches (30 pins)
- Yellow carbon seats (painted)
The main paint job used Tamiya lacquer spray paint decanted and airbrushed over a gray primed surface. Above the decals is a urethane clear finish which was wet-sanded with 2000 grit paper, then polished with 4 types of compound and finally finished with a polymer wax.
Fun project although the main Subaru logo on the sides were not very friendly...
