Thought you might find some stuff here you'd like, maybe consider coming to the show next year!

Nicely done!  I took the liberty of forwarding this to one of my friends who loves these.  Again, very impressive!

90% of this car is scratchbuilt.  the rims and tires are the only bought parts. motor, tranny, and rear are resincast by me.  frame is made of .080 rod & .080x.187 square rod.  front axle is 3/16 rod turned down.  the spindles are square stock ground to fit over king pins.  wheels turn left and right.  engine is wired and plumbed.  the seat is a kit part reupholstered with scrap from "parachute pants".  seatbelts are cut from ribbon, buckles are cut from aluminum foil.  headers and rub rails are made from aluminum welding wire.  body and interior panels are from .030 sheet styrene.  there are more pics of this car and another one plus a few frames i have built at http://photobucket.com/pibull63   anyway, thanx for looking, hope you check out my other pics.  any questions feel free to ask
remember, real race cars don't have fenders
