Great Job Mike!!!  That finish is amazing. So how are things?

Hey, RF!  Good to hear from you, I've been catching up with Joe recently.  Things are as good as can be expected, getting some modeling done here and there.  Thanks, this is one of my favorites!

Also, is this the kit that has the picture on the box of it painted with blue with a white.. spot and green stripe? XD

Yes, that's the one.  I started to put that paint scheme on a Tamiya Supra, just for the haul of it, but the dad blasted paint bled under the carnsarn tape.  That's when I switched to Tamiya tape.

Not to worry, call it a double click.  Thanks to all, I appreciate the feedback.  Yes, there's a tiny bit of black wash under the hood, blame it on the armorer in me.Smile,Wink, & Grin [swg]

I have to concur with the previous comments-very nice build.  Fantastic paint job-black is always a hard color for me...and the mica red looks great on top.  Engine is detailed very nicely also-a little bit of a wash on the supercharger?

Here's another from the stables of Tiki Kat/Iron Mike, Revell's Super Stallion.

The kit is basically out of the box, with my typical wheel/tire swap.  I detailed the engine with Alclads, Testors Metalizers and Tamiya, the body color was a happy accident.  I painted the whole car with Tamiya Gloss Black, masked off the lower half and shot the upper with Tamiya Mica Red, the result was a smoky red, with a hint of metallic.  Carbon fiber decals are kit items.  Comments?Headphones [{(-_-)}]
