Great car, great model nicely done.  Wheels look good considering they are solid.   I have just started scratchbuilding an SSK in 1/16 - will let you know how it goes.

 Lindberg kit, refinished in PPG lacquer.  Scratch built dashboard, wooden running board strips, hood strap with buckle.  This was a really fun kit.  Everything fit extremely well, but the instructions were lousy and wrong in a few areas.
