With the exception of the little front fender decals, all the lettering on both the Chevelle and the Monte Carlo ran out the ends of Gator's magic brushes. We've been hand lettering our stuff for a very long time now.
It's really not as hard to do as you might think. The trick is in prepparing the brushes and the paint. After that it's pretty much just good penmanship and a steady hand. If I ever get my DVD finished I plan to have a section on hand lettering on it.
