Thanks for the help guys. I sanded with some ultra fine sand paper and repainted. It looks great. Will post some pics soon.

Sand out the junk, or strip it and start over.

Vacuum the floor before the repaint.

I suggest: let it dry... If there is stuff on it, like little rocks... Remove them by hand. When you removed all the big parts on it, make it smood with sandpaper... And repaint...

I was painting my most recent build tonight and disaster. I dropped it and it has gathered small particles in the fresh paint. How do I rectify this and salvage the paint?
