out of shape bonnet and bumper

Im finishing of a L.A Fire dept recovery truck, 1/24 italeri westernstar, had noticed the bonnet mould was twisted slightly and thought it will straighten out once the grill was glued in place, well that didnt happen, glued the grill and its still twisted also the bumber is twisted so one corner is high and the other corner drops, I think they may have been off the spurs when I got the kit secondhand from a auction site, any ideas on straighting twisted parts? the bonnet twists forward.
