1/25th Scale Peterbilt 359 Conventional
Posted by LionBaron on Wednesday, March 24, 2010 6:23 PM

I just finished this truck model , I used model master enamels for the finish and a glosscote cover for the shine on the bright red paint . I might add a 1/25 th flatbed trailer to this truck if time permits me . I usually build 1/48th scale aircraft but decided to build something different . I am pleased with this build and might try my hand at another truck model sometime . Its been ages since I posted anything here I hope the pics show up ok !!

Nice build LionBaron.  I'm also currently taking a break from military subjects and building a Kenworth W900 with Fruehauf flatbed in 1/25.  Hope mine comes out as well.  Nice job on the gloss finish; it's my first attempt and I'm struggling.

ps1scw:  no one that I know currently makes a complete 379 kit.  I have seen a few resin conversions on Ebay, but they're on the expensive side.  If you're interested, do a search.
