Sweet little kit! I much prefer the original Mini to the new BMW travesty. One of my favorite movies was "The Italian Job" from 1969. Much better than the remake (no surprise there!).

So long folks!

Totally agree with you!!!

About the movie, my idea is to try to replicate one of those Minis. Probably the red one. :)I love that movie, the best chasing scene ever!!! :)

My older brother Tom had an original Mini that was red just like the kit you posted.

He had a fire at his house last year and the Cooper was burned up in the fire. Sad.

The old mini is a really nice machine, and you made a great start, Brizio! It's a pity the kit's glass is so thickSad Keep up the good work, I'll be watching, have a nice day

Thank you!!!

Yes the glasses are very thick, above all the front glass. But I used some pledge on it, and looks better, more clear, but still thick... :D

Thank you for looking!

Guy i used to work with had a heavily modified old mini, hed had all the seams taken off and rewelded flush to the body, Dont all sorts of funky stuff to the engine and had a wee badge saying "200 Club" He told me it was given to mini owners who got their minis over 200KPH. I thought he was pulling my leg till i saw him pull out in it one day, OMFG that thing can move.

I love this car, my absolute favorite.  I have a kit I messed up.  I wana get some simply green and strip the paint off of her and start over again, do it in a sky blue with St andrew's cross over the hood (stick it to those limeys)
