I remember that series well.  Some of the kits resurfaced in the late 1990s after Monogram and Revell merged.  I built the Shelby Cobra in 1997 (great kit, excellent fit) when I was recuperating from a car accident (not in a Cobra). I acquired the 1964 1/2 Mustang and the 1956 Corvette (the Corvette had working headlights and taillights, along with a supplied scale base) but lost them in a bad divorce before I started on either of them.

I still have the Cobra, and I'm looking to add common scale autos for recapturing my youth.

In the mid-1970s, Revell came out with a number of 1/16 auto kits, mostly dragsters and funny cars.

1/16 scale auto kits

I'm looking for 1/16 scale auto kits.  I have the Monogram 1/16 scale Cobra, and I want to build a collection around it.

FWIW, I bought that kit in 1997.

Any help would be appreciated.
