Rock solid build my friend and the attention to detail is excellent!! Love the lines and colour..!! They compliment each other IMHO

Thank you for sharing!! Is this kit still in production?

Flaps up,

Great job !!! Can you share how you did the paint job ??? You say you wet sanded how many times what grits ?? Did you polish by hand with what compound ?? What kind of wax how did you apply it ?? I hate to ask so many questions but doing model cars is quite different than flat aircraft finishes and I'm pretty new to cars and I'm starting to get into them. Any help is appreciated.

Beautiful work. What's your secret to the smooth paint finishes?

Very nice!  I love the finish and the work you did on the inside of the car is superb, mine always look bad...  you should be proud.  Though I will admit when I first saw the title I thought you did a diorama of this, I was confused.

Nice build of a decent kit. My most favorite exotic car of all time, and one that I is a contender for most beautiful car of all time.

Nice color choice, as well. I once owned a 1967 Barracuda that I repainted that exact color!

So long folks!

This is based on the Hasegawa kit. Paint is Scalefinishes Pontiac Bristol Blue, wetsanded, polished and waxed. I used an Acu-Stion Photo-Etch detail set to complete it. The interior has several metal transfer decals and I made the seat  belts out of painted tape and the Acu-Stion set's seat belt buckles. Embossing powder was used to simulate the carpeting and a mix of black and white painted yielded the grayish color for the interior.

The rims and lower body part of the car was painted with Testor's brass metallizer paint. I added a bit of clear to the rim and gave it a black wash to bring out some detail and character. I also added the valve stems using very thin wire. The engine is very basic and it is not seen much because of the back window. Overall, I thought it was a great kit to build and I had a lot of fun doing it, hopefully you guys like it....
