I have a Subaru in the stash that I kinda started, but I'm not really a car guy. Anyway ... Model Master has "blue metalic chip" in their acrylic line. Not sure about enamel. That's pretty much the color it calls. I bought a bottle planning on doing a multiple layer/ sand/ layer/ sand technique.

I know that my local Hobby Lobby carries it in stock.....

I remember having a Humbrol metallic blue years ago. Cobalt or Baltic blue maybe. From memory it seems like it would be a half decent match. Go to your LHS and check 'em out.
