Oh yeah, one I painted a Porsche yellow and it had it's tricks... I think I needed like 5 coats over the grey primer until it worked...

By the way, is that a '39 Chevy? Maybe some more info about the original vehicle? Thanks in advance and keep 'em comin'

Ditto on the yellow paint.I personally hate working with it.

The engine looks great.Are the air filters PE?

Very nice build fiddercrab. Toast Great paint job too. Yes Yellow is ONE of the hardest colors to make look right, and you succeeded in making it look great. Do you have any photos of the interior and frame? Are you going to add any chrome trim to the body?
