Hi Everyone,

I've just purchased the above kit from Ebay for a pretty good price except the decals have yellowed. Does anyone know where I could source another set or offer some other suggestions.

Many thanks - Leo

Hi Leo,

Presumably this kit is long OOP. Standard practice with yellowed decals is to put them in a clear plastic bag and tape the bag to the inside of a window which receives direct sun. A week or two and it will fade the yellowing back to white.

You may assume that being that old, the decals may crack when put in water - A coat of Microscale's Liquid Decal film will prevent this. If you can't source it locally, it's avaliable from Frontline Hobbies in Newcastle.

Best advice there...........can one of you Aussie gents send me a pic of a highway sign from down under? I want the one with a roo silhouette and "NEXT 5O KM" . This is for the Mutant Honda wip on here. Very appreciated thanks if possible... Post it on the wip if you like.

Oops, apologies for not following up on this.

More typically, they are just the silhouette without the "kangaroo" wording (we know what it is) and a separate sign below carrying the approx. distance - eg. http://outdoors.webshots.com/photo/1094022525049542579BnMPTx
