Anybody up to the challenge?

I'm stumped.

It looks as if it says 'Masthead' on the grill.

A guy on another WWII forum stumbled across this and asked the same question.Considering the amount of research modelers do,I figured somebody around here might know.

looks like a lot of after market stuff was added to it (light, side turn signals).  The undercarrige is definately 1915-1925 era, looks just like one on a Dodge Brothers truck.  Lots of different manufacturers after Ford started mass production, could be a flash in the pan manufacturer

I like the locomotive style headlight on the hood.

No clue on this one. My first thought was Volvo, because of the diagonal line through the radiator grill. But it looks too early for Volvo. They started in 1927.

On closer inspection, you can see the word 'Masthead' in the diagonal line, but nothing comes up for it.

My timeline guess would be 1915-1920.

She was only a whiskey maker, but he loved her still.

Any idea where this picture is taken? I don´t know why, but something makes me feel that the picture is taken in some studio or something...

THAT LOOKS LIKE AN OLD CONNECTICUT LICENSE PLATE.  CIRCA 1905-1910.  ITS ALSO VERY CLEAN, TOO CLEAN ACTUALLY.  I WONDER IF ITS REAL.
