brushing gloss is same as matt, but getting a good gloss is a matter of correct thickness/thinness of paint. i'm not sure its something that can be described. more a matter of trying and practice.

I've gotta repaint a scratchbuilt truck, but can't easily mask it off to airbrush it so will have to brush it...I've brushed Humbrol mattes and they're very good, but the color I'll be using is available in gloss only. Anybody have any experience in brushing gloss Humbrol? TIA
