The inside of the cab will be mostly painted metal. I _think_ it will just get a coat of the same paint the exterior got, to save on time and material, and get rolled down the assembly line. Not sure about the upholstery. I believe it would be a vinyl product, so it would tend toward shiny, or semi-glossy finish.
