Hello.. I have just completed this build for the Hollywood GB...

This is Aoshima's 1/24 kit..

Hope you enjoy...

comments.. critiques... welcome... i think... lol.

Fun build, fairly straight forward,,, I added fuel lines on the blower, and lift shackles on the rear end..

Looks good.  I think it looks better in the second batch of photos where its weathered a bit.

Thanks Fly, the last few are the final weathering... I used 3 differant weathering powders, and I tried to get a pic at each stage, but the pics don't do it justice.. except the final ones..

yep, nice overall build, but the weathering makes that one - the ultimate final touch would be a road section with matching dirt & dust!

it's very nice with good details. very tidy box stock build.

There's a huge opportunity for adding to this kit if you ever feel like tackling it again.

Absolutely badass!

I've had the same problems with weathering pigments/powders.They don't show up well in photos at times.

A vignette where the car was parked under camouflage netting with Max's Blue Healer on guard would be cool.

Good job on one of the most identifiable cars ever filmed for a movie.

I really think there is a demand for more OOB vehicles and figures from the movie 'Road Warrior & Mad Max'

Who wouldn't want a diorama or vignette from the final scene?

"She sips nitro... with Phase 4 heads! 600 horsepower through the wheels! She's meanness set to music and the b___h is born to run!"

Nice work on one of my favorite cars. I have one of these kits in my stash, but I need to watch "Road Warrior" a couple dozen more times to be sure I do it right.Stick out tongue

Cheers, Aaron
