Knight Rider aftermarket

I'm trying to build the ERTL Knight Rider kit..I want the scanner light operational as well as the dash and computer cosole lights lit,,AAAAAND I want to put
"strobing blue and reds " inside the grill area next to the recessed headlights.
As the kit is offered the whole nose grill area is just solid grey.I know I'll be changing that,and any parts that will be lit up like the dash gauges will be recast in clear and all that jazz....buuuut.my question is this..are there any aftermarket co's out there that already offer clear cast grill and dash console or "to be lit" peices,so I don't have to do it.
And how about lighting kits already wired for that specific kit,including scanner or blue and red strobes.
Basically I'm turnignit into a "Police Officer's Knight Rider" for my cousin.
