i've never built a firetruck model. i'm surprised they're not more popular as modelling subject, i mean who doesn't like a firetruck? maybe revell need to pull their finger out and release a few.

I have a Mack fire truck half put together in the stash.  Also have done the american lafrance kit that trumpeter puts out.  Why do you ask?  Need help?

I like vehicles from that time period and I think that the old fat fendered fire trucks from that period are extra cool looking. Wouldn't mind building a couple of them, specially in a larger scale like 1/16.

Thats cool.  I also like them.  But I have so fare only found the two kits.  They used to have an old Snorkel truck but cant find it or remember what year it was. 

If you find some kits let me know.  Ebay might provide you with something.

Not real sure on that one....      maybe Elizabeth Jane knows (?). I recall her being a truck / rig builder. Although I have not seen her around for a while.
