Probably a long shot but......
Posted by modelbuilder on Thursday, June 30, 2011 6:57 PM

I am in search of either an unbuilt or damaged model kit. The specific kit is a Monogram snaptite Toyota pickup. It was red with yellow wheels and interior. Anyone know where I might find one?

Yes I have that model in Black out west. If it survived I will bring it back or ship it out to you from out there.

Going there in August, will see then!

It was assembled during my youth 'glue bomb' days yet because it was a snap-tite it should be salvageable.

Jason that would be cool. I too had this model as a kid. Actually it was my first model and the first one I can remember building with my dad. Just trying to recapture that feeling a little

Mine is a newer version 4x4 Toyota. Still a Snap-tite and if you are still interested I will ship it out.

Yet most likely not the 'feeling' you wish to recapture building the same truck you did as a youngster.

Will make a mental note of the kit, if it turns up at a LHS or contest I will scoop it up for you.
