Okay here's the deal. I called them today and here is their info:

Now the person I spoke to today said that you do not need the proof of purchase which is the barcode that most stores use to scan at the counter. I have heard that they have pretty good customer but I have never dealt with them myself.

Sorry, never touched the PL one, only did the IMAI Mach7 Full Version with added figures and gold Metal rims.

Aoshima bought the IMAI assets and only released the full kit and not the different versions. Very good Kit with LOTS of options.

I'm missing the tail fins, the inside driver's side door panel and the periscope behind the driver's seat. I would really like to complete the model, so I kinda need these parts.

BTW, anyone out there who has built the Mach 5, I'm curious as to how other people detailed their engine compartment because I'm looking for ideas on how I should do mine.

Can you give me their address pls, and what info they need for parts ordering.

Over here there is no after service for companies like PL and similar, PL has a habit of leaving a few parts out of kits and it frustrating like hell to buy a Kit pop it open and find missing parts.

Also what is the proof of purchase from the Box??

I have the Polar Lights Mach 5 and when I moved this past fall I seem to have lost a couple pieces from the box, how this happened I have no idea.
I tried emailing Polar Lights, but no reply... anyone know how I can replace these missing pieces?
