Who's built the Revell Kenworth W-900A? (need advice on wheels)

Hey guys,
Working on the Revell Kenworth W-900A-the one with the Aerodyne cab and lightning artwork. Anyway, the wheel assemblies really leave something to be desired in the way they go together, and after I assembled them, the tires just will not line up parallel. Has anyone else encountered this and is there a relatively simple fix for it?
