Ferrari Emblem Replication

Hey everybody! I just thought of this. I'm gonna do it on my next Enzo. Have you seen the pics of the steering wheel and how the emblem in the middle has the "bubble" look. Well, I thought that maybe you could use Krystal Kleer or clear parts cement to make the bubble. I haven't tried it yet but will let y'all know how it works out. I don't forsee any problems.

I thought of it when I was making eyes for a dinosaur kit. I would love to post pics but I don't have a digital camera. There's one I'm saving up for though. Anyway, I did the emblem, looks nice. Just try not to put a whole lot on. Only need a little bit.

It should work just fine, I tried with epoxi on the instruments on my Alfa GTA and it turned out just great. The only drawback is that it will turn a bit yellow with time.
