There are a number of 1/32 auto kits on the market from which you can pull the tires.  Watch ebay, I see inexpensive collections of built 1/32 cars often that could provide the tires.

They sell 1/32 scale replacement tires for 1/32 scale slot cars on the internet. You might check those out. Good luck!

Looked around and found two options so far you could use; don't know how helpful this will be but,

Ebay has quite a few people selling model tires and I even found a guy selling 179 1/25 tires: http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R40&_trksid=p5197.m570.l1313&_nkw=scale+model+tires&_sacat=See-All-Categories

and I not sure how real they would look on that syrian tank but lego sells a grab bag of random tires on their site.

hope it helps

1/35th-ish civilian tires

Hey guys,

I'm normally an armor guy but I find myself in need of some auto help. I'm looking for civilian type tires (preferably off the rim) in 1/35th scale (or close) or, perhaps, truck tires in 1/48th scale that would approximate car tires in 1/35th.

I need about 20 of them. Any suggestions?

Thanks guys!
