My uncle was 17 when he got this one "brand new". Sold it the next year when he joined the Marines.

The 46 and 48 grills were a bit different so it looks like a 47. Love those fat fendered cars!

Thought I would post this pic in FSM. I'm certain someone is knowledgeable enough to tell me what year this is (rather than calling my uncle, who it belonged to). I think it's a '47.
It's "red", BTW.
