Major props to Bilbozo Decals
Posted by dirkpitt77 on Tuesday, July 24, 2012 3:52 PM

Wasn't sure if I should put this in Autos or Decals, but I chose Autos as it's a supplier for aftermarket police vehicle decals, which the car guys would be interested in.

Anyways, back on July 13 I contacted Bill Bozo decals up in Canada to purchase a set of his Navajo Nation Tribal Police decals for a project I'm working on. Bill was very quick to respond to all emails, and he was clear and informative when I had questions. The package arrived in the mail yesterday afternoon, so I thought I'd post up what you get:

Here's an overall view of what's in the package. Note the large, easily readable lettering on the outer envelope, which is a generic foam padded shipping envelope. The decals come in a hard card envelope stuffed INSIDE that for extra protection.

Here's a closeup shot of the outer and inner envelopes. Very professional, I thought.

Closeup of the decals. 4 sheets come packaged back-to-back and wrapped in tissue paper. Each sheet will cover three police cars. It's overkill for my application, but I'm sure useful for the diecast or police car modeler. You also get a sheet of sticky license plate labels, covering six states- Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, Colorado, California, and Texas:

Lastly, you get two glossy prints; one of a nifty generic Bill Bozo police cruiser, and the other of reference shots for the decals you purchased:

Price on his decal sets is $12.50 plus $4.00 shipping, which I thought was an excellent value given everything you get in the package. Combined with bomb-proof packaging and excellent communication, I have to say I highly recommend this outfit if you are looking for law enforcement markings. This is a welcome and refreshing change from most aftermarket decal suppliers I've ordered from. Five stars.
