you are right, tampo is usually printed right on the part/body/tire. i guess they made an error with the Olds. maybe got mixed up with a pre-built version? it happens

What exactly does Tampo printed whitewall tires mean? And if it means the whitewall is somehow printed onto the tire then can anyone explain why the new Revell '50 Olds Club Coupe says Tampo printed tires on the box and then has decals for the wide whitewall?
