Yes this is the Revell kit. It's a nice kit BTW. But it is touchy if you modify it or add details, especially on the engine. Be careful to test fit before gluing.

As for the licence plate, yes I made it myself. I used to make decals licence plates before but I realized that to just print it on normal paper is closer to the real thing. .
