1972 Chevy Truck

Just wrapping this kit up...

It's been a bit of a "Kit-bash". I modified this chassis from an Aoshima Toyota pickup to fit this body and Built from there.

Replaced the original kit 283 engine with a blown Big-Block chevy, plummed & wired.

The finished cabin...

another peak at the installed cabin...

A peek at the driveline...

Here is what you would see if you were following me...

And finally a couple of the completed model...

It's been a fun build, seemed to take forever though. I got exactly the look I was shooting for.

Nice job- I really like the superdetailing and the kitbash idea Yes If I might point out, the tail lights are still chrome....

Love the avatar and tagline also Cool

Yeah, "exit", I caught the tailights too after I posted. It always seems as though the camera always brings to light what we miss.

Going to our 13th & 14th shows June 28 in Chicago and July 4th at summerfest in Milwaukee. Caught three stops on the first leg of this tour. Best ever...

Awesome build!  What color did you use for the turquoise/green body paint?
