The race teams all have/had stands for the body parts when they were off for vehicle maintenance, so building a couple of simple mounting frames wouldn't be at all out of the ordinary.  Just remember to paint them in the team livery colors.

Glenn, thanks.

JT... just what I'm looking for and yes, look nice and simple to cobble together.  Thanks.

you could use simple body stands.  you could buy them but they seem rather easy to make.

I just have to say, really nice work on the Lotus!

Sorry, though, I don't know of any display pieces for the body pieces.

Hello car folk.  Really out of my element here.

I built a Lotus 25 a couple of years ago with a bunch of added interior detail.  Is there a more or less standard way to display the car with body section off to see the interior    Some sort of stand or rack maybe the body would rest on alongside the chassis?
