How to light my 1/24 police car
Posted by Irish3335 on Monday, June 3, 2013 3:19 PM

Hi all, I have seen some really neat police car models on evil-bay that are lighted with led flashing lights, even one with a siren.  The prices are crazy, over 100 bucks for some cars.  Is there a way to make theses myself?    I have seen the light kits but I'm not very savvy with electronics.  Any do it yourself website or video out there on how to make this stuff?  I would pay the 30 bucks for the car, just not the crazy prices online when I can try myself   -  thanks much!  Also saw the SSP 1990 mustang in 1/25 scale, about time a new police car model came out!

Irish: there sure is a way to give your public safety model life with lights and siren!  Go to www.policecarmodels.com and scroll down the menu on the left and click on "LIGHTBARS - LIGHTING - PARTS"
