Well the Parisenne was basically a Caprice with different front and rear end design.Try the Modelhaus they should have a kit that you can use to convert it.
In fact, I would like to have the Pontiac Parisienne because I am a newbie modeler and I don't know how to convert a kit.
it might be tough to find one!
