I started the mounting the car EDDIE JORDAN RACING. This is a kit Hasegawa in 1/24 scale. It’s a good kit. Easily mounting and good fit.
Today, I removed the burrs rebarbas the car chassis, engine and car body.
Tomorrow, I’ll be back with more mounting.

I removed some parts the "tree" and I sanded the burrs the suspension, cockpit, front/rear wings.
Some parts were necessary apply putty to correction the surface.

On June 22nd 2013
I painted some parts the kit (the car chassis, engine, suspension, car body ..). In the morning I applied two coat of prime. I hoped to dry. In the evening I painted the engine with steel color, suspension and car chassis with flat black color. Some parts it was painted with silver color. So I made testing on the car body, I painted with yellow color (RLM 64). It was a good test, but is necessary sanding with sandpaper 1000 or 1200 to remove irregular on the surface the car body.

The local of fit the engine is silver color. So it was necessary to paint this local with silver color.
It was necessary to paint connection the suspension with wheel. I painted with silver color.

At the weekend
On Saturday (06/29/2013), it was busy day. I worked doing implant of equipment at Oi, all day. It’s terrible day.
On June 30th 2013
In the afternoon I returned the mounting the car. I painted other parts the suspension, wheel and brake with black color (XF-1). I applied gloss varnish on the instruments panel to apply the decals. The applying the gloss varnish facilitates setting the decal.
On July 3rd 2013
Today I painted all suspension detail with silver color and steel. Also I painted the front wheel with gold color and the rear wheel with gloss black color.

On July 6th 2013
Today I mounted the rear suspension and brakes. Also I applied decal on the instruments panel.
After decal drying, I’ll apply gloss varnish to protect it.
On July 8th 2013
Today I painted the interior cockpit and cover engine with flat black color.
After it paint the car body and rear/front wings with flat yellow color. The parts showed irregularity on the surface "wrinkles". To correct this defect, I applied a layer gloss varnish to correct the irregularities. After dry, I applied two layers the flat yellow color with airbrush very open.
The use of gloss varnish, it corrected the problem on the surface the car body.
I sanded the tire to remove the burr and it gives effect worn desgastado tire and then I applied the decal on the tire.
I painted the exhaust with clear blue, clear orange and smoke color, giving effect heat (hot).
I made electric cabling the engine.

On July 9th 2013
Today, I applied decal on the car (car body, rear/front wings, cover engine). It’s a fantastic result. It gives a different aspect to the car.
Today wasn’t possible finish the rear wing. I'll finish next job day.

Today I applied wash on the car, the engine, the car body, the chassis and other parts. I made wash technic with oil ink black and brown (W&N).
On July 13rd 2013
Today I applied the finish layer of gloss varnish to protect the decal.
I applied matte varnish on the chassis to protect it.
On July 14th 2013
Today I mounted all parts giving race car form.
So I finished more a job. I hope you like.
