Thanks for the nice words, guys. I picked the kit up off ebay for a couple of bucks as it was listed as a "barely started with some parts missing" item...As a guy who dwells primarily in building aircraft and looking for a bit of a diversion, I saw it as a perfect opportunity and it turned out to be a lot of fun. I enjoyed it so much I ended up doing one for my brother, who once owned a black and white '57 Chevy back in the day.
