A while back, AMT re-issued a '36 Plymouth and '37 Chevy modified stockers (both are coupes) through their Buyers Choice program. (There may be more, those are the ones I have) Maybe those are what you are thinking of? You might be able to find them at a good hobby shop, or there's always eBay.
