Ask me about Speedway Decals
That is a cool build! Wish Chrysler had kept the PT fresh like that(like BMW does with the Mini); they might still have had a profitable product.
I always thought they looked like a Neon with a Gym Membership.
Nothing ever fits……..and when it does, its the wrong scale.
To make mistakes is human. To blame it on someone else shows management potential.
Actually it is a Neon drivetrain and power plant. Possibly where the fatal mistake was made!
This phantom would be 340 powered.
Way cool and nicely done.
Thank you!
Cool build! I like the cross over details on this.
Building auto,planes/jets/ sci-fi/bikes ,,most anything
Now that's some cool wheels. A 340 with a six pack, a Dana rear end and a push button torque-flight and you would not be able to hold it down. I have a kid down the street putting a 5 liter in a Focus. I would also opine that the PT was under powered and needed more orbital spheres. Great looking model and The color is super cool. Didn't MOPAR have a color like that, IIR "sublime lime" of some such name? Is that an OEM color on the model? Remember "Plum Crazy" purple?
Yes, Mopar's Sublime is what I used on this. It was Testors brand, Sublime Green. Yep, I remember Plum Crazy, I have a 70 Superbee model painted in that color.
