Interior detailing?
Posted by pyrman64 on Wednesday, September 3, 2014 5:39 PM
I'm curious, how far do you go with interior detail on your models? I ask because I'm building an SUV in EMS livery and I've been stymied by how much detail to add. So far, I've added an MDT (with light controls & cell phone) to the front and a Tufloc Tufbox and an axe in the rear cargo area. I will be adding a command board, a couple of hazmat books and a traffic cone, but I'm not sure that's enough. My wife says that I'm obsessing...

Your wife may be right !      But dont let that stop you from adding a hazmat suit.

Dont worry about the thumbprint, paint it Rust , and call it "Battle Damage"

Obsessing would be a working cigarette lighter.

Anything before that is craftsmanship and modeling.

Explain to your wife that you're in total control and she need not worry.............too much.........for just right now............hardly.....

never mind

For me, not much just yet............primarily due to chronic lack of time , lack of sufficient cash to throw at a model and a lack of sufficient information.

Perhaps in a couple of years...................Hmm

Oh, yes.

I'm inclined to agree that a working cigarette lighter ............might.........be a bit overboard........... especially if you do not have any working same-scale electronic devices to plug into that cigarette lighter..............Whistling
