Right on Mike..I'm breaking my rut too with a car build and a Star Wars kit...gonna be nice and different...branched out to helicopters too, just to get away from planes for a bit.

That looks like a really cool kit.  I love those old dragsters.  I hope your planning a build journal on it, I'd love to see it come together.

Haven't been here much lately, and the reason is simple, but until a few hours ago, the solution wasn't.  I've found myself in a serious modeling rut, so I started searching some kits on eBay and found this puppy. All of a sudden.....wham!!!  These were the first kind of kits I built when I got serious about the hobby decades ago, plus, I LOVE the sport, so here it is, the key to my getting out of this modeling slump.......

 

Should be here in a few days, and man am I pumped!!  Already have the bleach bath ready to strip the chrome! Big Smile
